Miss Chloe

It's been a while since Miss C has had any pictures taken and blogged. :) She is such a cutie. Too bad she has been a bad dog and is now in her crate at night and not in the bed. I miss my snuggle parnter... especially when Jake is out of town.Here she is after a trip to the groomer. Isn't she so sweet?

And this is the HUGE not so sweet toad Chloe and I found at OUR park. Yes, that's right. Our park. Yes, we have neighbors now, but I will always think of it as our park. We are right next to it and we were here first. :)

3 Blind Mice Rescue Mission

Okay, so there aren't 3 but the night is young. At least I managed to save this poor little guy from Emma's evil clutches. It's funny actually because she isn't evil at all. She just brings it in and drops it and lays down to look at it. After the baby scorpion that crawled out of the downstairs bathroom sink this didn't even phase me. I am officially living in the desert.
Notice how tiny they are? They are actually kinda cute. I tried to pick it up in the tupperware but eneded up getting a papertowl to pick it up and put it in the tupperware. Kinda pointless I know. It still creeps me out to hold it in a paper towel.

MORNING UPDATE!
Ok, so I think I doomed two little mice by naming this post 3 blind mice. I had two dead friends this morning when I woke up. I'm sorry mice!

Cuddle Time!

Chloe and Emma say, "This house is just as nice to cuddle in as the last few... as long as we have the couch"
This was so cute. Chloe was curdled up on the couch. Emma came home (from an afternoon of terror no doubt) and jumped on the couch and curled up right next to Chloe. Sisterly love. :)

Last night Jake and I had a great homemade steak dinner. Chloe reaped the leftover rewards. She was in dog heaven with 2 T-bone steak bones. She would cart one around for a while and then go back and get the other. Emma went to sniff one and Chloe wasn't having that!
